- Our Member Care Advocates proactively reach out to these high-need members before common issues arise. Our Care Advocates coordinate with the members’ physicians and pharmacists as needed to ensure they feel taken care of.

BenefitsPRO recently published an op-ed article by our CEO, Danny Sanchez, titled “The Hidden Costs of State-Level PBM Reform.” The article highlights how the lack of progress in Congressional PBM reform and the resulting flurry of state-level reform actions are unintentionally strengthening the monopolistic practices of the largest PBM providers. As Danny states in his commentary, the proliferation of state PBM reform regulations will disadvantage transparent, patient-focused PBMs, like EmpiRx Health, limit pharmacy care options for employers and patients, and continue to threaten vital community pharmacies.
